Mission  Statement

1) To promote the Bujinkan Dojo in the United States of America via following the Rules Of The Bujinkan and the Ten Chi Jin Ryaku no maki as set by Masaaki Hatsumi Sensei. And to further the understanding of the Bujinkan martial arts by following the recommendations set forth in the American Shidoshi Kai's Suggestions For Bujinkan Teachers.

2) To offer a forum for Shidoshi and Shidoshi-ho to discuss problems and insights in training. Communication is encouraged between members.

3) To provide junior teachers with mentoring, information and advice, should they not have a direct Shidoshi teacher/guide nearby.

4) To ensure high standards in quality and information within our own training.

5) Finally, the American Shidoshi Kai is NOT a governing body but rather a fellowship of buyu ("warrior friends") that seek to share our insights, training, and experiences.
